Privacy Policy

PhaseHarbor™ is designed from the ground up as an offline-first, private general-wellness audio application. We believe your personal routines, sound preferences, and listening habits belong entirely to you.

1. Zero Data Collection & Zero Network Transmission

  • Offline by Design: PhaseHarbor does not request or possess network permissions (android.permission.INTERNET). The application cannot connect to the internet, cloud servers, or external services.
  • No Accounts or Logins: You are not required to create an account, register an email address, or provide any personal identification to use PhaseHarbor.
  • Zero Analytics & Trackers: PhaseHarbor contains no advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, behavioral analytics libraries, or third-party telemetry services.
  • No Sensor or Biometric Access: PhaseHarbor does not access your microphone, camera, location, body sensors, or health platform databases.

2. Local Data Storage & User Control

All data created during your use of PhaseHarbor remains strictly in local, private storage on your device:

  1. Custom Recipes & Drafts: Any sound session recipes or drafts you create are stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
  2. Listening History (Optional): If enabled, session completion records are stored locally for a user-configurable duration (1 to 90 days). You can disable history logging or clear history at any time in Settings.
  3. Application Settings: Your interface preferences (such as control depth, default fade times, and reduced motion) are stored locally in AndroidX DataStore.

3. Data Export & Permanent Deletion

  • User-Controlled Export: You may export your custom session recipes and troubleshooting logs using Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF). Export only occurs when you explicitly choose to save a file.
  • Complete Local Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete individual recipes, clear listening history, or tap "Delete All Data" in Settings to permanently and transactionally erase all local databases, preferences, and cached files.

4. Children's Privacy

PhaseHarbor is designed and marketed exclusively for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children.
